Bulle manages the European Roundtable for Beef Sustainability, she supports the progress and roll out of the recognition framework.
Prior to joining SAI Platform, she was a Sustainability Agronomist for Diana Food (part of Symrise Group) for four years. During that time, she implemented the FSA in the company’s supply chain, working together with the SAI Platform team. Previously, she worked on an initiative with farmers running mainly mixed farming systems (including beef and dairy cows) to reduce the GHG emissions of a French Natural Park.
Bulle holds a Masters’ Degree in Agronomy at AgroSup Dijon, and is specialised in environmental management.
