Emily Kunen

Emily Kunen is currently Senior Director of Positive Agriculture Capabilities in PepsiCo’s Global Sustainable Agriculture group.

She leads a team with the aims of building internal and external organisational capability to drive the uptake of regenerative agriculture at scale and providing strategic direction for forest risk commodities to achieve the aspirations of Positive Agriculture. 

Prior to joining PepsiCo, Emily spent the last 13 years working on sustainable agriculture and food systems within various organisations: in the NGO space with Winrock International, in government with the US Agency for International Development (USAID), and in the private sector as part of Walmart’s Responsible Sourcing team, and later as Nestlé’s Global Lead for Sustainable Sourcing of Palm Oil as well as Climate Delivery Lead for Forests. Her academic background is in Environmental Engineering & Sustainable Development with degrees from Brown University and University of Cambridge.
