Brazil knowledge exchange and value driven workshop

SAI Platform is organising a knowledge exchange and value-driven workshop in the Mantiqueira region and Itapeva, MG, Brazil.
From 24 – 27 September 2019, this four-day workshop includes two days of field visits in the Mantiqueira region followed by a two-day seminar in the Hotel Vale Suiço, Itapeva, MG.
The key focus of the workshop is on climate change through projects and practices in order to create approaches to climate mitigation and adaptation for the farmers and industry.
Workshop scope:
- To agree on the Water & Climate Adaptation 2020 project proposal
- To deliver a value-driven workshop on SAI Platform’s different work streams tailored for the Brazil context.
The workshop will also provide a great opportunity for networking and knowledge sharing on sustainable agriculture challenges, opportunities and local solutions unique to Brazil.
Open to all SAI Platform members and interested agri-food companies and other external key stakeholders. There is a limit of 20 people and SAI Platform members will be given priority to join the meeting.
