Land Sector Removals Standard Update Webinar

On 19 February, SAI Platform and Quantis will co‑host a members‑only webinar to share key updates on the Land Sector Removals Standard (LSRS) and outline priorities for the year ahead. While open to all members, the session will place particular emphasis on the implications and expected impacts for crop production.

The session will provide strategic guidance on upcoming developments, including

• A general update on the LSRS
• Physical traceability requirements and acceptable Chain of Custody (CoC) models
• Requirements for reporting removals
• The linkage between GHG Protocol guidance and the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi)

Participants will also have the opportunity to engage with the technical team during a dedicated Q&A segment.

The webinar will conclude with a brief look at planned next steps for 2026, supporting members in preparing for future implementation and continuous improvement.
