Andre is the Director Regenerative Agriculture & Climate at Pepsi Co. He champions regenerative agriculture at scale, leading Pepsi Co’s European Positive agriculture agenda as well as FLAG and climate-resilience globally.

His career bridges corporate impact and grassroots change—having worked extensively with smallholder farmers across three continents before joining Pepsi Co in 2016. As former Chair of the Cool Farm Alliance (2019-2023), he’s proven his ability to drive multi-stakeholder collaboration in sustainable agriculture. He holds a Cambridge Masters in Sustainability Leadership and has deep field experience spanning Africa, Latin America, and Asia.
