Candy is Director of Climate Smart Agriculture Origination, EMEA, at ADM, where he leads the development and scaling of regenerative agriculture programs across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. With over 20 years of experience in agribusiness, he has held senior leadership roles in origination, trading, and supply chain management.

Candy specializes in aligning commercial strategy with sustainability, advancing farmer-centric solutions that enhance resilience, soil health, and emissions outcomes.
