Ciara MacHugh

As Communications Manager, Ciara is responsible for driving SAI Platform’s communications strategy. 

This includes the planning, designing and implementation of communication campaigns and multi-stakeholder management.

Ciara is a communications specialist with a BA in Media & Communications from the Technological University Dublin and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Relations from the European Institute of Communications. 

Prior to joining SAI Platform, Ciara managed communications for Air France KLM. Her skills include PR and media relations, B2B communications, digital content planning, CSR, event management and crisis communications. Having worked closely with Air France KLM’s sustainability team to devise their communication strategy, she is well experienced in communicating regarding sustainable initiatives. A long-term advocate for the rights of displaced people, Ciara also offers her communication skills on a voluntary basis for refugee organisations in Paris and the US.
