Pascal Chapot

Pascal is Global Head of Agriculture at Nestlé. A trained agronomist and food scientist, he has built a career across food manufacturing, agriculture, sustainability and food-systems transformation, acquiring operational and strategic expertise. He has worked in Europe, Asia and Latin America and speaks French, English and Spanish.

In his current role, he leads Nestlé’s agricultural agenda across crops and regions, partnering with farmers, suppliers and leading internal teams to advance resilient and regenerative agriculture. His work sits at the intersection of agronomy, strategy, value creation, and long-term food security.
