Roz leads the European Roundtable for Beef Sustainability.
Roz works with ERBS members to make the most of collaborative action in driving positive progress in beef sustainability in Europe. This is through working towards aligned sustainability targets using a common framework; practical projects; and collaboration at a global level with other Roundtables.
Roz has previous experience across the value chain from farm to consumer, working in advisory, strategy and implementation roles. Roz most recently led the sustainability, nutrition and B Corp programmes for innocent drinks.
Roz holds a BSc Engineering (Chemical) and BSc Agriculture (Horticulture) both from the University of Kwazulu-Natal, South Africa.
