Vanessa Maire

Vanessa Maire is Global Director and Head of Regenerative Agriculture at Unilever. She leads the design and delivery of regenerative agriculture strategies that engage peers and suppliers and mobilise capital at scale through innovative finance models, driving climate, nature, and livelihoods outcomes across global agricultural value chains. In this role, she leads a team to deliver Unilever’s commitment to catalyse agricultural transitions across 1 million hectares by 2030. Vanessa also leads Unilever’s smallholder livelihoods agenda and co‑leads the company’s strategic partnership in the Regenerative Agriculture Fund, established with Tikehau Capital and AXA Climate, to build the enabling environment for regenerative agriculture transitions to scale across key investment verticals.
