Luchia is the Crops Manager for SAI Platform, leading the crops community within the collaborative action pillar.

Luchia brings 7 years of experience working across the agricultural sector, beginning her career as an agronomist where she worked directly with farmers to improve soil health, crop performance, and on-farm sustainability. Her early work laid the foundation for a systems-level understanding of agriculture and its role in climate resilience.

For the past four years, Luchia has worked at global climate consultancy South Pole, where she has focused on resilient agricultural supply chains and corporate sustainability accounting. Her work spans farm-level data collection, Scope 3 emissions reporting, and the design of climate-smart interventions that align with business goals and global standards.

With hands-on experience across the value chain, Luchia brings a systems-thinking approach to sustainable agriculture and is well positioned to support SAI Platform in delivering impactful tools, partnerships, and programmes.
