The challenge
Due to the seasonal migrant nature of agricultural labour in Turkey, there was a need to improve capacity to tackle issues related to responsible recruitment.
Objectives
- Improved capacity of project partner suppliers to tackle issues related to responsible recruitment
- Increased compliance with national and international requirements in 18 months
- Increased level of coordination and implementation of responsible recruitment principles in project partner companies supply chain in 18 months
