El Encinar de Humienta S.A., established in 1998 by the Collar and Yartu families, is a leading company in Spain’s beef industry. They oversee the entire beef production process, from feed-lot farms to direct sales to retailers and restaurants. Their operations include live cattle procurement, slaughtering, cutting, marketing, and distribution.   

They own a beef slaughterhouse and two cutting plants, offering both bulk sales and specific prime cuts to meet diverse market needs. Headquartered in Madrid, they also operate a production plant in Almaraz (Cáceres). With a workforce of approximately 600 employees, they use state-of-the-art technology to produce burgers, minced meat, sliced cuts, and custom preparations for the food and service sector, adhering to rigorous certifications. Around 70% of their production is sold within Spain, while the remaining 30% is exported internationally.
