Marco Brini

Marco Brini is Industry Solutions Director at SAI Platform, where he spearheads the design and delivery of cutting-edge, scalable solutions that empower global agri-food stakeholders to implement sustainable practices across dairy, crops, and beef value chains.

A recognized leader in digital agriculture, Marco brings over two decades of international experience at the intersection of sustainability, technology, and systems transformation. His career spans executive roles as CEO, CTO, and Senior Director, with a track record of building agile product ecosystems, scaling innovations in emerging markets, and aligning diverse actors around shared sustainability goals.

Prior to joining SAI Platform, Marco served as Senior Director of Agri Innovation & R&D at NADEC, one of the largest vertically integrated agricultural enterprises in the Middle East. He also founded EnvEve SA, delivering award-winning IoT and AI-based agriculture platforms used by Nestlé, Syngenta, and global NGOs.

He is a co-author of several authoritative publications with Springer, FAO, and IFAD, and actively contributes to global policy and standards development through organizations like the ITU and the UN’s AI for Good platform.

Marco holds a degree in Mathematics and an MBA from the University of Torino and is based in Switzerland. His work reflects a rare combination of technical depth, strategic foresight, and cross-sectorial collaboration, qualities that continue to make him a driving force in the future of sustainable agriculture.
