Maud is Director of Finance and Operations at SAI Platform.
She brings deep expertise in financial strategy, operational excellence, and governance, developed over 15 years working across multinationals, NGOs, and entrepreneurial environments. Her career spans Europe, Latin America, and Asia, where she has led finance and operations functions with a strong emphasis on financial planning, reporting, and building the systems and processes needed to support sustainable growth.
Before joining SAI Platform, she served as Director of Finance and Operations for The Nature Conservancy in Mexico & Central America, overseeing a multi-country finance function, enabling strategic conservation investments, and reinforcing donor compliance and governance. She later joined a high-growth digital marketing company, where she helped shape the organisation for its next phase of expansion.
Maud holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne and an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid. Known for her strategic mindset and operational rigor, she is passionate about enabling mission-driven organisations to scale their impact.
