Roz leads the Collaborative Action pillar of SAI Platform’s 2025-2030 strategy

Responsible for the beef, crops and dairy communities, Roz is driving the implementation and scaling of sustainable and regenerative agriculture practices through collaboration, networks and insights.

Roz has extensive experience across the value chain from farm to consumer, across sectors like FMCG, agriculture, food & drink, and supply chain management. She headed up sustainability, nutrition and B Corp for innocent drinks, where she drove strategy development, implementation, and due diligence and risk management.

Roz has led multistakeholder projects, supply chain development across a range of geographies, and stakeholder engagement. Previously, Roz led sourcing for juice and fresh produce, and has worked directly with farmers in southern Africa as an adviser.

Roz holds a BSc Engineering (Chemical) and BSc Agriculture (Horticulture) both from the University of Kwazulu-Natal, South Africa.
