Webinar

Regenerating agricultural soils using an outcome-oriented approach in France

24 Mar 2022Online

10am EST | 4pm CET

Join us for an online webinar focusing on how to regenerate agricultural soils through supply chains in partnership with Earthworm Foundation.

We need to put soils and farmers at the centre of the conversation around outcomes-based agronomic approaches to regenerative soils. This webinar will share some examples of the work carried out by Earthworm Foundation in France where they are using remote sensing to feed a result-based approach, simplify data collection for farmers, operationalise and scale results.

Agenda:

  • Introduction
  • Putting soils and farmers at the centre of the approach: A result-based agronomic referential
  • Presentation of the 2021 results on over 200 farms
  • How can remote sensing feed a result-based approach, simplify data collection for farmers, objectivise it and allow for massification?
  • A concrete case with our partner KERMAP: Research and development projects on biomass of cover crops
  • The Living Soils programme in France: How do companies use the referential with their suppliers and the farmers?

Speakers:

  • Charles Leonardi – VP Supply Chain Nestlé France
  • Matthieu Archambeaud – Agronomist and expert in regenerative agriculture – CEO, Icosysteme – https://icosysteme.com/
  • Antoine Lefebvre, CEO & co-founder at KERMAP – https://kermap.com/en/
  • Bastien Sachet – CEO, Earthworm Foundation
