FSA 3.0 Guidance Committee: Call for Nominations

3rd October 2018

Food & drinks supply chain experts, representatives and stakeholders are invited to come forward as nominations are now open for the FSA 3.0 Guidance Committee. The function of this new FSA 3.0 Guidance Committee is to give support to the Secretariat and advise the FSA Steering Committee in reviewing and revising SAI Platform’s Farm Sustainability Assessment (FSA) Programme. The next iteration of the programme, FSA 3.0, is set to be launched in 2020.

SAI Platform anticipates selecting around eight individuals to join this new Committee, which is chaired by Iver Drabaek of Nordzucker. You can find the desired profile of Committee members here. The FSA Steering Committee has laid down the FSA 3.0 Guidance Committee remit in a clear Terms of Reference.

The FSA 3.0 Guidance Committee is open to members and non-members of SAI Platform, and aims for a good representation of actors throughout the entire value chain. Committee representatives are needed to spend a few hours per week on FSA 3.0 Guidance Committee-related work.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a varied group of professionals to ensure that the FSA Programme continues to be state of the art as we enter into the 2020s. I look forward to learning from talented people in our network, and to sharing our body of knowledge with them as well.” – commented Sven Sielhorst, FSA Programme Lead.
