FSA Steering Committee: Call for nominations

SAI Platform members are invited to express interest for an open position on the FSA Steering Committee.

The Steering Committee supports SAI Platform’s Executive Committee in the ongoing development and running of the Farm Sustainability Assessment (FSA) Programme. It directs the design of FSA tools and services to align with member and industry needs.

Following the launch of FSA version 3.0, the FSA’s Governance Framework was reviewed and recently approved by the Executive Committee. The Governance Framework sets out the policies and structures that enable the continued momentum and integrity of the FSA.

The FSA Steering Committee is managed in accordance with a clear Terms of Reference, which also outlines the desired profile of its members. You can download it here.

This is an exciting opportunity to guide the strategic direction of the FSA Programme and ensure that it continues to be state of the art into 2022 and beyond. FSA Steering Committee members are entrusted to look after one of SAI Platform’s flagship programmes and we welcome nominations from all corners of the membership”

This is an unpaid position and is open to SAI Platform members only. Further details regarding the selection process will be shared with nominees after expression of interest. Steering Committee members are expected to spend a few hours per month on FSA related work.
