SAI Platform has officially launched the election process for its next Executive Committee (ExCo)
SAI Platform has officially launched the election process for its next Executive Committee (ExCo), marking the transition toward a new leadership cycle as the current two‑year term concludes mid‑2026.
Building resilient, future‑ready supply chains remains central to SAI Platform’s global mission. As the organisation continues to accelerate collaborative action and drive the shift toward sustainable and regenerative food systems, the role of a strong and strategic ExCo becomes increasingly critical.
The SAI Platform Executive Committee provides essential guidance on strategy, governance and long‑term direction. A diverse, representative ExCo that reflects SAI Platform’s global membership is key to effective leadership.
Call for Candidates
SAI Platform is inviting nominations from member organisations for candidates who can bring fresh perspectives and relevant expertise. Areas of desired experience include:
- Regenerative agriculture and sustainable sourcing
- Procurement
- Agri‑tech and digital transformation
- Commercial strategy and category management
- New product development and R&D
- Legal, risk and policy
- Executive board leadership
In addition to serving as ExCo members, candidates may choose to stand for one of three officer positions: President, Vice President, or Treasurer.
Key Responsibilities
ExCo members are expected to:
- Provide strategic guidance to support the organisation’s vision and purpose.
- Ensure governance and compliance across policies and frameworks.
- Oversee financial performance and key metrics.
- Contribute to discussions on sustainability and organisational priorities.
- Help strengthen and foster diversity of thought.
How to apply
Interested candidates are invited to first complete the Candidate Application Form and then to submit the following to Kate Murray at by 10 April:
- Two‑page CV
- High‑quality photograph
- Short biography (100 words)
- Motivation letter outlining experience, current role and vision for SAI Platform
