The challenge
The range of wild harvested ingredients is vast, from berries to rosehips, rosemary to nuts and mushrooms. Wild harvested ingredients have sustainability and engagement challenges that differ from conventional farming.
As the scope of the FSA does not currently cover will harvest, there is a growing demand for the development of an industry aligned reference for wild harvest ingredients.
