The Beef and Dairy industries recognise that GHG emissions produced at farm level are contributing to climate change. SAI Platform’s Dairy Working Group and the European Roundtable for Beef Sustainability are committed to having a positive impact on driving down GHG emissions in the sector. This report presents an overview of relevant practices currently being used by members in a consistent manner to create a toolbox that companies can apply within their own supply chains.
