Robert M. Erhard

After various positions in dairy sourcing, Robert now heads Global Fresh Milk Sourcing and is the Head for the ambitious Climate Net Zero Livestock programme at Nestlé.

Working collaboratively to solve common problems he has built and led multi-stakeholder initiatives such as the Nestlé Dairy Farming Institute in China and currently is the President of the SAI Platform with over 130 food & beverage member companies.
