Hansel New

Hansel New is currently Director of Sustainability at Dairy Farmers of America, a farmer-owned cooperative and one the world’s leading dairy food companies.

In this role he leads sustainability programmes across the co-op and helps members and DFA business units implement a variety of environmental conservation practices. He is privileged to serve on a variety of sustainability-focused committees across the dairy industry and with organisations including the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy, the National Milk Producers Federation, and the International Dairy Foods Association. He formerly served as co-chair of the SAI Platform’s Dairy Working Group and is the former chair of the Sustainable Dairy Partnership.
