Knowledge Share – How to Improve Project Delivery

We all work on projects with suppliers and farmers, but how often do we get a chance to share what we’ve learned? And do we find the time to discuss and challenge each other on how to improve?

In this workshop we will share key learning points from previous SAI Platform projects (notably the Doñana Berry Project) and facilitate discussion and encourage debate. Our objective is to learn from each other so we can all improve and drive impact at farm level.
